Vacancies
Area Sales Manager – Coding & Marking (Cij / Laser)
- Midlands / UK Territory
- £50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Car
We’re working with a well-established OEM in the coding & marking space looking to strengthen their commercial team with a high-performing Area Sales Manager.
This is not an order-taking role.
You’ll be responsible for managing a defined territory as your own business — generating new opportunities, developing existing accounts, and driving long-term revenue across both equipment and aftermarket.
The environment is consultative. Customers expect you to understand production lines, not just sell a box.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a defined territory
- Selling CIJ / Laser solutions into manufacturing environments
- Running demos and influencing technical buying decisions
- Building pipeline and owning forecast accuracy
- Driving both capital sales and recurring revenue
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in coding & marking / industrial printing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments
- Ability to sell based on value, not price
- Comfortable owning a number and a territory
If you’ve sold into production environments and know how to win deals properly, this is worth a conversation.
Field Service Engineer – Print & Apply Labelling
- South East / London Corridor
- £40,000 – £50,000 + Overtime + Vehicle
We’re supporting a growing business in the print & apply labelling space looking to bring in a Field Service Engineer to support their installed base.
This role sits at the heart of customer operations — when the line stops, you’re the person they rely on.
What you’ll be doing:
- Installation and commissioning of labelling systems
- Breakdown support and fault finding on-site
- Preventative maintenance across customer sites
- Supporting integration with production lines
- Working closely with customers under pressure
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with print & apply / labelling systems (or similar capital equipment)
- Strong electrical / mechanical fault-finding skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Customer-facing mindset
If you’ve ever walked into a factory where everything has stopped — you’ll understand this role.
Technical Sales Engineer – Vision Systems / Verification
- UK (Hybrid / Field-Based)
- £55,000 – £70,000 + Bonus
We’re working with a specialist provider of vision and verification systems looking to add a Technical Sales Engineer to their team.
This is a solution-led role — not transactional.
You’ll be working with manufacturers who need to solve real problems around barcode quality, compliance, and inspection at speed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting customers with technical solutions for inspection & verification
- Running demonstrations and proof of concept work
- Working closely with engineering and integration teams
- Selling into regulated and high-volume environments
- Understanding GS1 / barcode standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in vision systems / inspection / automation
- Strong technical understanding with commercial awareness
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly
- Experience working with production lines
This is for someone who enjoys solving problems — not just chasing quotes.
Head Of Service – Capital Equipment (Aftersales)
- UK (Midlands-Based)
- £70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus
We’re supporting an OEM in the capital equipment space looking to appoint a Head of Service to lead and scale their aftersales function.
This is a critical role.
The installed base is growing — and so is the expectation around service delivery, uptime, and revenue generation.
What you’ll be doing:
- eading the service engineering team
- Driving service contracts, parts revenue, and response times
- Improving operational performance and structure
- Working closely with commercial leadership
- Building a scalable aftersales model
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading service teams in capital equipment environments
- Strong commercial awareness (not just operational)
- Understanding of uptime, SLA performance, and customer expectations
- Ability to build structure and improve delivery
In this sector, service isn’t support — it’s a revenue engine.
Business Development Manager – Packaging Automation
- UK / National Role
- £60,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Car
We’re partnering with a business operating across end-of-line packaging automation looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
This is a high-value sales environment with long cycles and complex decision-making.
You’ll be engaging with operations, engineering, and senior stakeholders to deliver full-line solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generating new business across manufacturing sectors
- Selling automation solutions (case packing, palletising, robotics)
- Managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Building pipeline and driving revenue growth
- Positioning solutions based on ROI and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in capital equipment / automation sales
- Strong commercial mindset and deal ownership
- Ability to navigate complex sales environments
- Proven track record in new business
This is for someone who understands that real sales happen over months — not weeks.
